We stood on the top floor of ONE Tampa today for the topping out partayyyyy!!

42 stories, tallest residential building in the city, right on the Riverwalk next to Curtis Hixon Park. 225 condos in this building. Nearly 70% are already sold and it’s not even finished yet. Like it or not, that’s Tampa right now. People want in.

But the tower itself isn’t even the full story. We loved how they took the time, showed recognized and celebrated everyone involved from top to bottom on this project today.
