TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Downtown Tampa’s skyline is climbing higher, once again. A new luxury tower reached a major construction milestone today.

“It is grueling in the heat, the cold and the rain,” said Steve Barber, development executive for Kolter Urban. “We’ve endured two hurricanes, but we have persevered and here we are today.”
