A luxury condo tower under construction in downtown Tampa has reached its full height of 42 stories.

One Tampa, developed by Delray Beach-based Kolter Urban, will have 225 condos and a street-level restaurant space that’s a little over 5,000 square feet. Kolter and general contractor Moss Construction plan to hold a topping-out ceremony to celebrate the construction milestone on Friday.

The tower, which broke ground in 2024, is about 70% presold, said Brian Van Slyke, Kolter regional president. Kolter is nearly ready to begin accepting offers from restaurateurs to lease the street-level storefront.
