Construction continues to advance at ONE Tampa, Kolter Urban’s 42-story luxury condominium tower in the heart of downtown Tampa. What Is the Latest Construction Update at ONE Tampa?

As of September 2026, ONE Tampa has structurally topped out at 42 stories, and construction is progressing throughout the tower.

Crews are now working on ONE Tampa’s signature rooftop crown, while interior buildout continues with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry and finish installation underway within the residences. Exterior work is also advancing, including windows at the amenity levels, masonry, stucco and additional façade elements.

At street level, restoration work continues on the historic façade along Tampa Street, creating a connection between the site’s architectural history and the contemporary tower rising above it.

ONE Tampa's Signature Crown Takes Shape

With the tower at its full structural height, work is underway on one of ONE Tampa’s most recognizable architectural elements: its illuminated crown.

Once complete, the crown will create a distinctive presence on the Tampa skyline and highlight ONE Tampa’s position as the tallest residential tower in Tampa Bay.

The rooftop also serves an important functional role. This level will accommodate many of the building’s essential systems, including mechanical equipment, electrical and control systems, and hot water infrastructure.
