Tampa’s soon-to-be tallest residential building reached its full height of 42 stories last week, marking a milestone after two years of construction.

Developed by Delray Beach-based Kolter Urban, One Tampa is a luxury 225-residence condominium set to open downtown on Madison Street next year. The building features one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from just under 1,200 to 2,700 square feet. The condo’s upper levels will offer estate residences and penthouses ranging from about 3,600 to 4,000 square feet.
